You will provide professionalism, over the phone, by email and face to face, as is appropriate to a successful, progressive printing and publishing business.

Duties include dealing with customer service enquiries and orders.

The successful applicant will have:

• Excellent communication skills & telephone manner

• A good standard of education
• A friendly, helpful personality
• Self motivation and a mature attitude
• Experience of working in an office environment
• Keyboard/computer skills incl. Microsoft Office
• A flair for customer service
