Job purpose

The Videographer and Content Creator will play a key role in producing high-quality, engaging video for BikeRadar.

This is primarily a hands-on video production role, creating video content for BikeRadar’s YouTube channel, social media accounts and wider digital platforms.

The Videographer and Content Creator will be responsible for filming and editing content across a range of formats, including bike and product reviews, buyer’s guides and event coverage.

Key duties include pre-production planning, filming on location and in our studio, creating thumbnails and post-production editing.

In the style of a modern YouTube content creator, we are looking for someone who is also confident contributing in front of the camera. This could include presenting a segment within a video, delivering a short-form video, appearing alongside BikeRadar’s presenters or creating an entire video independently.

You do not need to arrive as an established presenter. More important is a natural and engaging communication style, a willingness to develop your on-camera skills and the versatility to contribute across the full creative process.

You will also have a passion for road cycling and gravel riding, and an excellent knowledge of the latest cycling tech.
