We’re looking for a commercially minded Customer Marketing Manager to help grow and retain subscribers across a portfolio of enthusiast brands.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership across acquisition, engagement and retention marketing. Working closely with editorial, publishing and marketing teams, you’ll use customer insight, testing and creative campaigns to drive subscription growth, improve customer lifetime value and deliver measurable commercial impact.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and delivering subscription acquisition and retention campaigns
Managing campaigns across email, social, web, partnerships and events
Using customer and subscription data to identify growth opportunities
Running test-and-learn activity across offers, messaging and targeting
Collaborating with editorial, publishing and commercial teams across the business
